The address
On Bow Lane, between Cheapside and Queen Victoria Street
Bow Lane is a medieval lane of small shops, cafés and wine bars, closed to traffic and running south from Cheapside to Queen Victoria Street. Wren's church of St Mary-le-Bow, whose bells are said to make a true Cockney of anyone born within their sound, stands at the top, and the dome of St Paul's Cathedral rises a few streets to the west. On weekdays the lane fills with the City at lunchtime; at weekends the Square Mile is calm.
One New Change, three minutes away, has shops, restaurants and a free roof terrace facing St Paul's, with the high-street shops of Cheapside alongside. The Guildhall and its art gallery, built over the remains of London's Roman amphitheatre, are five minutes north, and the Roman temple of the London Mithraeum is four minutes east. The Millennium Bridge, eight minutes' walk, crosses the Thames to Tate Modern; Leadenhall Market is about ten minutes away, and Borough Market about fifteen, over Southwark Bridge.
Mansion House station, three minutes' walk, is on the District and Circle lines, and Bank, four minutes away, has the Central, Northern and Waterloo & City lines and the DLR. St Paul's station on the Central line is five minutes on foot, and Cannon Street station, four minutes away, adds trains to south-east London and Kent.

Questions, answered
Before you enquire
Anything else, from parking to a company invoice, your consultant answers within one business day.
3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
Your guest experience contact, on WhatsApp or phone, seven days a week. Out of hours, a 24-hour line.
In some residences, by arrangement. Ask your consultant when you enquire.
Yes. We invoice companies directly and can supply the paperwork your HR or relocation team needs.
