What is the minimum stay?

One month across most of the collection. Park Lane runs from three months. Tell us your dates and we will point you to what fits.

Do I need a guarantor or a credit check?

No. There are no references, no guarantor and no credit checks. You book the way you would book a hotel, with an agreement and a payment plan.

What is included in the rate?

Furniture, linen and kitchenware, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and weekly housekeeping. Building amenities such as reception, gym or parking vary by address and are listed on each residence.

Can I see the exact apartment first?

Yes. We confirm your exact apartment with its own photos before anything is signed, and viewings can usually be arranged within a day or two.
