This is the eastern edge of the City of London, the Square Mile, where a stretch of the Roman wall, medieval churches and the Tower's nine centuries of history sit beneath the glass towers of the financial district. A riverside walk runs in front of the building, west towards London Bridge and east past the Tower to Tower Bridge and the marina at St Katharine Docks.
The garden growing in the ruins of St Dunstan in the East is six minutes away, and the Sky Garden at the top of 20 Fenchurch Street, with its views along the river, about eight. Leadenhall Market's Victorian arcade of restaurants and wine bars is around eleven minutes on foot, and across London Bridge, the food stalls of Borough Market are about a quarter of an hour away.
Tower Hill station, five minutes' walk, is on the District and Circle lines, with Tower Gateway on the DLR beside it. Monument, about nine minutes away, connects underground to Bank for the Central and Northern lines, Fenchurch Street station is eight minutes on foot, and London Bridge station, across the river, has the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf and trains to Gatwick.

3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
