On Great Portland Street, between Oxford Circus and Regent's Park
This is the western edge of Fitzrovia, where it meets Marylebone: Georgian and Victorian terraces, small galleries and side streets that stay calm a few minutes from Oxford Street. Fitzroy Square, the area's Georgian set piece, designed in part by Robert Adam, is a short walk east.
Charlotte Street, seven minutes away, is Fitzrovia's restaurant street, and the independent shops of Marylebone High Street, Daunt Books among them, lie a short walk west. Liberty and the stores of Regent Street and Oxford Street are within ten minutes, and Broadcasting House, the Langham and All Souls Church stand together at the top of Regent Street.
Oxford Circus, on the Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines, is a five-minute walk, and Great Portland Street station, on the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, is about ten minutes north. At the top of the street, past the curve of Park Crescent, Regent's Park begins.

One month. Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
