Q: Is there a deposit or a guarantor?

No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.

Q: What if my plans change?

The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.

Q: What is included in the rate?

One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.

Q: Who do I call during my stay?

Your guest experience contact, on WhatsApp or phone, seven days a week. Out of hours, a 24-hour line.

About the residence

The Chancery Lane Collection is a modern building of serviced apartments on Norwich Street, a short side street between Chancery Lane and Fetter Lane, three minutes' walk from Chancery Lane station. Five layouts run from a 26 m² studio to a 61 m² two bedroom, and the two bedroom terrace apartments have a private terrace of their own. Professionals working in the City or around the Inns of Court, couples and families can all settle in at these luxury serviced apartments near Chancery Lane, London.

Interiors are calm and contemporary: pale wood floors, soft grey joinery, abstract artwork and UK king-size beds with upholstered headboards. Every apartment has a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, its own washing machine and air conditioning, and most layouts have a dedicated desk. Downstairs, a 24-hour reception, CCTV and keycode entry look after the building, with a lift to every floor and a residents' gym. Pets are welcome.

On Norwich Street, between Chancery Lane and Fetter Lane

This is London's legal quarter, where the West End meets the City. The Royal Courts of Justice, Lincoln's Inn and the Temple are all a few minutes away, and the lanes between them are lined with barristers' chambers, old pubs and quiet squares. Lincoln's Inn Fields, the largest public square in London, is the place for a lunchtime walk.

Hatton Garden, London's jewellery quarter, and the weekday food stalls of Leather Lane Market are a short walk north. Sir John Soane's Museum, the architect's own house kept as he left it, is free to visit on Lincoln's Inn Fields, and Covent Garden's restaurants and theatres are under twenty minutes on foot.

Chancery Lane station, on the Central line, is three minutes away. Farringdon, for the Elizabeth line and Thameslink, is about eight, and Holborn, for the Piccadilly line, about ten. St Paul's Cathedral is a fifteen-minute walk east, and the London School of Economics is under ten minutes away.
