The address
On Hyde Park Gate, off Kensington Road opposite Kensington Gardens
Hyde Park Gate is a quiet cul-de-sac of tall Victorian houses running south from Kensington Road, with Kensington Gardens across the road. It has long been a sought-after address: Winston Churchill lived and died at number 28, and Virginia Woolf was born at number 22. The park is three minutes away, with Kensington Palace ten minutes' walk across the grass, and the Albert Memorial and the Royal Albert Hall are a few minutes east.
The Royal Albert Hall holds concerts all year and the Proms each summer. Just south, the museums of Exhibition Road are free to enter: the Natural History Museum is ten minutes' walk, with the Science Museum and the V&A close by. Kensington High Street, about ten minutes west, has shops of every kind and a large Whole Foods Market, and Gloucester Road, to the south, has cafés, restaurants and everyday shops. Knightsbridge is a short bus ride east.
High Street Kensington station, eleven minutes' walk, is on the Circle and District lines. Gloucester Road, 13 minutes away, adds the Piccadilly line, direct to Knightsbridge, the West End and Heathrow. Buses along Kensington Road run east to Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner and west to Kensington High Street, and the walk across Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park reaches Marble Arch in a little over half an hour.

Questions, answered
Before you enquire
Anything else, from parking to a company invoice, your consultant answers within one business day.
3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
Your guest experience contact, on WhatsApp or phone, seven days a week. Out of hours, a 24-hour line.
In some residences, by arrangement. Ask your consultant when you enquire.
Yes. We invoice companies directly and can supply the paperwork your HR or relocation team needs.
