King's Cross has changed more than any part of central London in the last twenty years. The old goods yards north of the stations are now a neighbourhood of squares, gardens and restored Victorian buildings along Regent's Canal, with Lewis Cubitt Park, Gasholder Park and the canal towpath all on the doorstep.
Coal Drops Yard, a pair of Victorian coal warehouses turned into shops, restaurants and bars, is a two-minute walk, and Granary Square, with its fountains and steps down to the canal, sits just beyond. Kings Place holds concerts and exhibitions on the canal basin, Camley Street Natural Park is a small nature reserve by the water, and the British Library is a short walk south.
King's Cross St Pancras is under ten minutes on foot, with six Underground lines, Thameslink to Gatwick and Luton, fast trains north from King's Cross and Eurostar to Paris and Brussels from St Pancras International. The Piccadilly line runs direct to Heathrow, and the Victoria line reaches Oxford Circus in a few stops.

6 months (180 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
