On York Way, a short walk north of Granary Square and King's Cross station
Few parts of London have changed as much as King's Cross. The old railway lands north of the station are now a neighbourhood of restored Victorian warehouses, new homes and offices, and open spaces along the Regent's Canal. York Way runs up its eastern edge, with Lewis Cubitt Park a couple of minutes away and Gasholder Park, laid out inside a restored Victorian gasholder frame, a little further on.
Coal Drops Yard, two converted coal stores by the canal, holds independent shops and restaurants, and Granary Square, outside Central Saint Martins, has fountains and wide steps down to the water. Kings Place, on Battlebridge Basin, runs concerts and talks through the year, and the British Library is around a quarter of an hour on foot.
King's Cross station is about a 13-minute walk, with St Pancras International beside it for Eurostar to Paris and Brussels. Between them, King's Cross St Pancras Underground station serves the Northern, Piccadilly, Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury on the Overground is within walking distance to the north east.

One month. Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
