On Seymour Place, between Edgware Road and Baker Street

Seymour Place runs through the western side of Marylebone, a residential grid of Georgian terraces and mansion blocks set around garden squares. Bryanston Square and Montagu Square are a few minutes away, and Seymour Leisure Centre, with its pool and gym, is on the same street.

Marylebone High Street and The Wallace Collection are about a quarter of an hour east on foot, and Marble Arch, the western end of Oxford Street and Hyde Park about the same distance south. Edgware Road, just to the west, is known for its Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurants, and Church Street Market is a short walk north-west.

Edgware Road station on the Bakerloo line is four minutes' walk, and Marylebone station, with Chiltern trains to Oxford and Birmingham, about seven. Baker Street, for the Jubilee, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines, is nine minutes, and Paddington, with the Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth line, is under twenty.
