On Davies Street, between Bond Street station and Berkeley Square
Davies Street runs through the quieter, residential side of Mayfair, lined with red-brick mansion blocks and Georgian houses. Claridge's sits a few doors away on the corner of Brook Street, and Grosvenor Square and Berkeley Square are both a few minutes' walk, each a green pause in the middle of the West End.
New Bond Street's fashion houses, the boutiques and restaurants of Mount Street and the department stores of Oxford Street, Selfridges among them, are all within ten minutes. The Royal Academy of Arts on Piccadilly keeps a full calendar of exhibitions, and the galleries of Cork Street are on the way.
Bond Street station has an Elizabeth line entrance on Davies Street itself, with direct trains to Heathrow, the City and Canary Wharf, as well as the Central and Jubilee lines. Green Park station, for the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, is about ten minutes south, and Hyde Park is a short walk west along Upper Brook Street.

3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
