This stretch of Piccadilly looks straight over Green Park, a quiet sweep of lawns and plane trees that runs down to Buckingham Palace. Shepherd Market, Mayfair's village of narrow lanes, pubs and small restaurants, is a few minutes' walk behind the building, and Hyde Park begins just past Wellington Arch.
The Ritz, Fortnum & Mason and the Royal Academy of Arts are all a short walk east along Piccadilly, with the galleries of Cork Street and the shops of Bond Street beyond. Berkeley Square and the restaurants of Curzon Street are about ten minutes north.
Green Park station, on the Piccadilly, Victoria and Jubilee lines, is about six minutes east, and Hyde Park Corner station is a similar walk west. The Piccadilly line runs direct to Heathrow, and buses along Piccadilly reach Knightsbridge and the West End in minutes.

One month. Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
