Between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, a block from Times Square
West 44th Street is the Theatre District at its most concentrated. The Belasco, Hudson and Lyceum theatres are within a minute or two of the door, and the Broadway houses of 45th and 46th Streets a few more.
Bryant Park and the New York Public Library are five minutes south, with skating in winter and lunch on the lawn in summer. Rockefeller Center and Fifth Avenue are six minutes east, and the Museum of Modern Art ten.
Grand Central is twelve minutes on foot, and the Times Square–42nd Street station, a block away, reaches almost every line in the city, so the rest of Manhattan is rarely more than twenty minutes away.

One month. Our luxury New York apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
