Josh Danan

CEO

Josh started out in the student accommodation space in 2007 with Student Mundial. In 2019, he founded Student Luxe after seeing the limitations of standard student housing. Driven to offer flexibility, comfort and service to students (and quite often their parents), today you’ll find Josh working closely with the Reservations Team helping to find the perfect apartment for each guest. On the weekends, expect to find Josh on a tennis court, or spending some quality time with his family.

'Mo' Thanathorn Oui-Panich

Head of Sales

With an impressive CV of hospitality-related roles in her native Thailand, Mo joined our team after completing her MSc in Real Estate Management from Bristol. As our Head of Sales you will likely speak to Mo when making an enquiry for an apartment via our business WhatsApp, or by phone. Her knowledge of luxury accommodation options in London is unrivalled. During the week you can find Mo buzzing around the office, doing apartment viewings - and going above & beyond to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.

Katria Bates

Bookings Agent

Born and raised in London, Katria has a wealth of sales and marketing experience in luxury real estate. Dealing with ultra-high-net worth individuals both nationally and internationally, she has worked alongside one of London’s most exclusive luxury real estate agencies before heading to us in November 2022. Her ability to understand the precise needs of our guests and deliver ‘perfect-fit’ accommodation options makes her a huge asset to the business.

Alex Obertelli

Head of Marketing

Alex has been working with us since 2019, and has spent over a decade building brands in the leisure & hospitality industry. Equipped with an MSc in Marketing from Oxford Brookes university, Alex’s creative problem solving, attention to detail and knowledge of the hospitality industry makes him a huge asset to the business. At work, you’ll likely find Alex 2 or 3 coffees deep in the conference room brainstorming new ways of growing Luxe’s audience of high-end accommodation seekers.

Edoardo Martelli

Bookings & Operations Manager

Edo joined the team after working in a variety of significant roles in the hospitality industry. You will likely encounter Edo right from any initial enquiry all the way through to making payments and extending your stay. His warm, genuine and meticulous approach makes him a hugely popular figure with guests, partners and our team. When he’s not on the job he enjoys learning Mandarin, working his way through new recipes, seeing new places - and is a keen amateur footballer. Fun fact - Edo’s family own a deli in back in Prato, Tuscany.

Rongrong Luo

AMEA Sales Specialist

Rongrong is the latest addition to our team, joining back in April 2023. Originally from Shanghai, she has lived in the UK for 2 years in Bristol, Manchester & most recently London. As a Sales & Marketing specialist Rongrong is in charge of handling all bookings and ongoing guest support for our Chinese clients. She excels at understanding the delicate needs of international guests, and provides excellent support to make our clients feel safe and comfortable for the duration of their stay with us.
