The address

Vila Olímpia, a few blocks from Faria Lima

Vila Olímpia is São Paulo's newer business district, a grid of glass towers and tree lined side streets on the south side of the city, where much of the country's finance and technology sits. Rua Gomes de Carvalho is a residential street a few blocks in from Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima.

JK Iguatemi, the city's address for designer shopping, is ten minutes on foot, and Shopping Vila Olímpia is nearer still for everyday errands. Rua Funchal and the streets around it hold the restaurants, wine bars and cafes that fill with the after-work crowd, and the nightlife runs late at the weekend.

Parque do Povo is the nearest green space, with running tracks and courts, and Ibirapuera, the city's great park, is a short taxi ride. Vila Olímpia station on the CPTM line connects to the rest of the city, and Congonhas airport is around twenty minutes by car.

Olimpia Heights stands on Rua Gomes de Carvalho in Vila Olímpia, the business district on the south side of São Paulo where the towers of Faria Lima meet some of the city's best shopping and restaurants. The apartments are fully furnished and come in two sizes, a one bedroom of about 45 square metres and a two bedroom of about 83, both with a private balcony.

Every apartment has a full kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioning, a smart TV and Wi-Fi, so a stay of a month or a season needs nothing brought in. The two bedroom adds a second bathroom, a desk and twin beds in the second bedroom, which makes it a sensible choice for colleagues or a family.

Downstairs is where the building earns its keep: an indoor lap pool, a gym, a sauna, a covered barbecue terrace, an outdoor sports court and a games room with a billiards table. A coworking lounge handles the working day, a doorman handles the door, and reception is staffed in office hours.

There is no deposit to pay, pets are welcome, and parking can be arranged on site through a third party. For the 2027 Women's World Cup, when São Paulo hosts matches, it is a base with a pool and a gym to come home to.
