Clerkenwell sits between the City and Islington: a neighbourhood of Victorian workshops turned design studios, small galleries and some of London’s most interesting restaurants, with none of the crowds of the West End.
Exmouth Market and its terrace tables are a few minutes on foot, as are the jewellers of Hatton Garden and the green calm of Clerkenwell Green. St John, Quality Chop House and Moro are all within walking distance, and Sunday brings the flower market at Columbia Road within easy reach.
Farringdon station puts the Elizabeth line, Thameslink and three tube lines a short walk from the door: eleven minutes to Bond Street, twenty to Heathrow’s express connection, and a straight run into the City.

3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax, housekeeping and fresh linen and towels.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
