About the residence
Space, service and a lift to the door, a few minutes from Regent's Park.
The building runs from studios of about 36 square metres to a five bedroom suite of 252, which makes it one of the few addresses in London where a couple, a family and a whole household can be put up under one roof. Every apartment is fully equipped: a proper kitchen with appliances, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, air conditioning and underfloor heating, and a large LED television in each bedroom.
Service is the reason people stay. Reception and concierge are staffed around the clock, housekeeping comes three times a week with fresh towels and linen, and there is a gym, laundry and parking on site. Several apartments open on to a patio or balcony, and accessible bathrooms can be arranged on request.
It suits long stays in particular: relocations, projects, families in London for a season, and guests attending the hospitals a few minutes up the road. The team here is used to arrivals at odd hours and to stays that extend.
