The address
On Pimlico Road, between Sloane Square and Orange Square
Pimlico Road is London's address for interiors and antiques, a short street of design showrooms, galleries and furniture makers running east from the bottom of Sloane Square. The apartments are two minutes from Orange Square, where a bronze of the young Mozart marks the house nearby where he wrote his first symphony in 1764, and where a farmers' market sets up every Saturday morning. An organic farm shop and café is a few doors away, and there are neighbourhood restaurants and bistros all along the road.
Sloane Square is five minutes' walk, with the Royal Court Theatre, Peter Jones and the start of the King's Road, and the Saatchi Gallery and the shops and Saturday food market of Duke of York Square just beyond. The Royal Hospital Chelsea and Ranelagh Gardens, where the Chelsea Flower Show is held each May, are six minutes to the south. Elizabeth Street, with its bakeries and boutiques, is seven minutes north, and Knightsbridge and Harrods about twenty minutes on foot.
Sloane Square station, six minutes away, is on the District and Circle lines, with direct trains to Victoria, Westminster, the City and South Kensington. Victoria station, fourteen minutes' walk, adds the Victoria line and trains to Gatwick Airport, and Heathrow is about forty minutes by car. Buses along Pimlico Road and the King's Road run to Chelsea, Victoria and the West End.

3 months (90 nights). Our luxury London apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi, council tax and fresh linen and towels. Housekeeping is weekly.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
