There are two apartments, a one bedroom of around 45 square metres and a fifth-floor loft of around 39 square metres, both reached by a private street entrance and both with views towards the BT Tower. Professionals on assignment, couples relocating and anyone between homes can settle into these luxury serviced apartments in Fitzrovia, London.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, or twin beds on request, and a living room with a sofa bed, so up to four guests can stay. Kitchens are fitted with Miele appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave oven, a full-size fridge freezer and a dishwasher, with a boiling-water tap and a coffee machine. Newman Street, a quiet turn off Oxford Street

Fitzrovia is the grid of Georgian and Victorian streets between Oxford Street and the Euston Road, long a home to writers, artists and, now, design studios and media companies. Newman Street runs north from Oxford Street towards the BT Tower, with Berners Street and Charlotte Street on either side.

Charlotte Street, two minutes away, is lined with restaurants from Greek to Japanese, and Goodge Street and Rathbone Place add cafés, pubs and delis. Oxford Street's department stores are five minutes south, Soho Square and the West End's theatres are a short walk beyond, and Fitzroy Square, with its Robert Adam terraces, is eight minutes north.

Tottenham Court Road station, about six minutes away, serves the Central and Northern lines and the Elizabeth line to Heathrow, Paddington and Canary Wharf. Goodge Street on the Northern line is five minutes, and Oxford Circus, with the Victoria and Bakerloo lines, about nine.
