There are three kinds of apartment: two bedrooms of about 103 m², two duplexes over two floors with private terraces, and a four bedroom penthouse across the top floor. These luxury serviced apartments in Mayfair, London suit a family, a relocation or a long stay in town.

They are run by a five star hotel a minute away, so the service is a hotel's: daily housekeeping, room service around the clock, laundry and dry cleaning, and a reception that is open 24 hours, with a concierge until 9.30pm. Residents use the hotel's 24-hour gym, with two steam rooms, and its spa of six treatment rooms, and a shared courtyard garden sits behind the houses.

Every apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and convection oven, a washer-dryer, king and twin beds dressed by the hotel, and bathrooms with a bath and a separate shower. Valet parking, an EV charger, an extra bed or a cot, airport cars and in-apartment massage can all be arranged.

Shepherd Market is Mayfair's village: a knot of narrow lanes behind Curzon Street with pubs, cafés and small restaurants spilling on to the pavement, and the Curzon cinema on the corner. The apartments are two minutes from it, on one of the quiet townhouse streets that run down towards Piccadilly.

Green Park is five minutes away and Hyde Park seven, with Apsley House and Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner. Green Park station, on the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines, is six minutes on foot, Buckingham Palace ten, and Berkeley Square and the Royal Academy are both within a short walk.
