The kitchen, in pale stone and warm wood, has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a large fridge, and a utility area holds the washer and dryer. A guest WC finished in polished concrete completes the ground floor.

A quiet street off Rua Joaquim Floriano

Itaim Bibi is São Paulo's financial and dining quarter, the grid of streets between Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek where many of the city's banks, law firms and tech companies have their offices. The apartments sit on a short residential street just off Rua Joaquim Floriano, away from the traffic but a couple of minutes from it.

Rua Joaquim Floriano and Rua Clodomiro Amazonas are lined with restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars, and Rua Amauri, under twenty minutes away, is home to some of the city's best-known kitchens. Avenida Faria Lima is under twenty minutes on foot, the leafy squares of Vila Nova Conceição are about twenty, and Ibirapuera Park, with its museums, lakes and running paths, is a walk of around twenty-five minutes.

Shopping Iguatemi and JK Iguatemi are a short taxi ride away, as are the CPTM station at Vila Olímpia and the metro on Avenida Faria Lima. Congonhas Airport is around twenty minutes by car, and Guarulhos about an hour.
