The stay begins in an entrance hall filled with greenery and the sound of running water. On the first floor are two bedroom suites, each with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom; on the second, a long living room, a dining table and an open kitchen under large windows; and on the third, the master suite, with its own sitting room and a home office. The fourth floor is a sun deck with loungers and a private jacuzzi. Itaim Bibi sits between Jardins, Vila Olímpia and Vila Nova Conceição, and is home to many of São Paulo's banks, law firms and tech companies. The apartment is on a residential street in the middle of the district, a minute from Rua Pedroso Alvarenga and a few minutes from both Avenida Faria Lima and Rua Joaquim Floriano.

Rua Joaquim Floriano, Rua Clodomiro Amazonas and Rua Amauri, each under ten minutes away, are lined with restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars, from neighbourhood lunch spots to some of the city's best-known kitchens. Shopping Iguatemi and the green lawns of Parque do Povo are both about a quarter of an hour on foot, and JK Iguatemi a little further.

Most of the city's business addresses on Avenida Faria Lima and Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek are within a short walk or taxi ride, the metro at Faria Lima and the CPTM line along the river are a few minutes by car, and Congonhas Airport is around twenty minutes away.
