Itaim Bibi sits between Jardins, Vila Olímpia and Vila Nova Conceição, and its avenues, Faria Lima and Juscelino Kubitschek, hold many of São Paulo's banks, investment houses, law firms and tech companies. The apartment is on a residential street between the two, close enough to walk to most offices.

Rua Joaquim Floriano, four minutes away, and Rua Clodomiro Amazonas and Rua Amauri beyond it, are lined with restaurants, cafés, bars and bakeries, and there are supermarkets, galleries and shops on almost every block. Shopping Iguatemi and the lawns of Parque do Povo are both about twenty-five minutes on foot, and the leafy squares of Vila Nova Conceição a little closer.

Taxis and ride-hailing are the easiest way around; Faria Lima metro station on Line 4 and the CPTM line along the river are a few minutes by car, and Congonhas Airport is around twenty minutes away.
