Vila Madalena is São Paulo's artistic neighbourhood, a hillside of small streets bordering Pinheiros, Sumaré and Lapa, known for its galleries, ateliers, independent shops and street art. The apartment is a few minutes from Rua Aspicuelta, the centre of the neighbourhood's evening life.
Rua Aspicuelta, Rua Harmonia and the streets around them are full of restaurants, bars, bakeries and cafés. Beco do Batman, the alley covered in murals, is ten minutes away, as is the Instituto Tomie Ohtake, one of the city's leading art centres. Praça Benedito Calixto holds an antiques and crafts fair every Saturday, and the sunset views at Praça do Pôr do Sol are a short taxi ride away.
Vila Madalena station on Line 2 of the metro is about seventeen minutes on foot, and Faria Lima station on Line 4, with fast links to Paulista and the city centre, about twenty. Largo da Batata, at the heart of Pinheiros, is under twenty minutes away.

One month. Our luxury São Paulo apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi and fresh linen and towels. Housekeeping is bi-weekly.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
