Vila Nova Conceição is one of São Paulo's most sought-after neighbourhoods, a quiet grid of tree-lined streets on the western edge of Ibirapuera Park, between Itaim Bibi and Moema. The apartment is a few minutes from Praça Pereira Coutinho, the square at the centre of the neighbourhood.
Rua Afonso Braz and the streets around Praça Pereira Coutinho hold some of the city's best restaurants, bakeries and cafés, and there are delis and shops on most corners. Ibirapuera Park, with its lakes, running paths, the Museu de Arte Moderna and the Oscar Niemeyer pavilions, is around twenty-five minutes on foot, and the edge of the park at Avenida República do Líbano about fifteen.
Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek and the offices of Itaim Bibi are about twelve minutes away, and Rua Joaquim Floriano's restaurants under twenty. Eucaliptos station on metro Line 5 is around half an hour on foot or a few minutes by car, and Congonhas Airport about fifteen minutes by taxi.

One month. Our luxury São Paulo apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi and fresh linen and towels. Housekeeping is daily.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
