This stretch of West 34th Street sits between Penn Station and Hudson Yards, on the northern edge of Chelsea. Moynihan Train Hall, for Amtrak and the Long Island Rail Road, is about three minutes away, Madison Square Garden five, and Macy's and the shops of Herald Square around nine minutes east.

Hudson Yards, with its shops, restaurants and the Edge observation deck, is about nine minutes west, and the High Line can be joined at West 30th Street and Tenth Avenue, from where it runs south through Chelsea. The Javits Center is fourteen minutes away and the Empire State Building about fifteen.
