Itaim Bibi is one of São Paulo's most sought-after neighbourhoods, a grid of tree-lined streets between Avenida Faria Lima and Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, where many of the city's banks, investment houses, law firms and tech companies have their offices. The apartment is on a residential street at its centre.

Rua Amauri, seven minutes away, and Rua Joaquim Floriano, ten, are lined with restaurants, cafés, bars and bakeries, with supermarkets and gyms on almost every block. Shopping Iguatemi and the lawns of Parque do Povo are each about twenty minutes on foot, and JK Iguatemi a little further.

Taxis and ride-hailing are the easiest way around, and the cycle lanes along Faria Lima make short trips simple. Faria Lima metro station on Line 4 and the CPTM line along the river are a few minutes by car, and Congonhas Airport around twenty.
