Vila Olímpia is São Paulo's newest business district, a grid of glass towers between Itaim Bibi and the Pinheiros river, home to the offices of tech companies, banks and consultancies. The apartment is at its centre, four minutes from Rua Funchal and five from Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek.
JK Iguatemi, with its designer boutiques, cinema and restaurants, is five minutes away and Shopping Vila Olímpia four. The streets in between are full of cafés, lunch spots, wine bars and after-work bars, and the lawns and running track of Parque do Povo are about eleven minutes' walk.
Vila Olímpia station, on CPTM Line 9 along the river, is seven minutes on foot, with connections to metro Line 4 at Pinheiros, and Cidade Jardim station about seventeen. Congonhas Airport is around fifteen minutes by car.

One month. Our luxury São Paulo apartments to rent come furnished and serviced, so a month-long project and a year-long posting move in the same way.
Nothing until your booking is confirmed in writing. Rent is then paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.
No guarantor, and no deposit held for a year. A refundable deposit covers the stay and is returned after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.
No twelve-month lease. Terms are agreed with the residence on your behalf, so the arrangement stays a formality and your time goes on choosing the apartment, not chasing the paperwork.
The stay runs as long as your plans do, extended a month at a time. Thirty days’ notice to your consultant, to extend or to leave.
One monthly rate carries the apartment, all utility bills, Wi-Fi and fresh linen and towels. Housekeeping is on request.
Your consultant meets you at the apartment, or arranges a keysafe for late arrivals. Check-in from 3pm.
